Sandy

We should always be willing to help each other in times of trials and troubles.  It is now time to pray for our friends that are in the path of Superstorm Sandy.  I genuinely offer my prayers on their behalf.  It is a wonderful thought that He will never leave us or forsake us.  Let’s take a few minutes and utter a prayer for everyone in need and whatever “storm” each one is facing today.

ARE WE GOOD ENOUGH?

I found this on the internet. It ensures us that God can use us no matter how imperfect or incompetent we might feel.

The next time you feel like GOD can't use you, just remember..

Noah was a drunk

Abraham was too old

Isaac was a daydreamer

Jacob was a liar

Leah was ugly

Joseph was abused

Moses had a stuttering problem

Gideon was afraid

Samson had long hair and was a womanizer

Jeremiah and Timothy were too young

David had an affair and was a murderer

Elijah was suicidal

Isaiah preached naked

Jonah ran from God

Naomi was a widow

Job went bankrupt

Peter denied Christ

The Disciples fell asleep while praying

Martha worried about everything

The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once

Zaccheus was too small

Paul was too religious

Timothy had an ulcer..AND

Lazarus was dead!

And Don't forget

Jesus Helped them all!!!!

===========================================

Now! No more excuses! God can use you to your full potential. Besides you aren't the message, you are just the messenger. And one more thing... Share this with a friend or two. In the Circle of God's love, God's waiting to use your full potential.

Future of Our Great Nation

Tonight is the presidential debate.  As Americans we need to take part in the election process.  Even more, as Christians, we need to pray for this nation.  There is so much turmoil and fighting in this world, we need to look to God for protection.

I am not political rallying but as a Christian, I do bear a burden for our country and future.

I read somewhere that all it takes for evil to flourish, is for good people to say or do nothing.
