Church And Political Correctness

Well folks, political correctness has taken a new low. It appears that memorials to George Washington and Robert E. Lee are being removed from Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia because they are making some people uncomfortable and feel unsafe. Yes, you read that right—unsafe.

The problem with this is that Christians are succumbing to the pressures of the political correctness mania that is sweeping the country today. Churches are bowing down to the ideas that people should not do or say anything that will offend someone else. In my reading and research, I have found nothing that will not offend at least one other person. So where does that leave us? Should we let our minds be programmed like robots and not have an original thought or idea for fear that someone might be offended?

The leaders are removing these plaque because they want to create a welcoming environment in the church. Some people believe the plaques are “chasing away would be parishioners. What will the leaders of the church do when the “parishioners” decide that they are offended by the teachings in the bible? Will they remove the bibles and crosses from the church to make people feel more comfortable and “safe”? Will they only preach “feel good” sermons and leave the “heavy” sermons out?

The desire to show tolerance and welcome diversity into the church should not be at the expense of preaching the word.. Lite preaching will not lead to the One that is the creator and King. Just like a snack might quell our appetite for a while we need a meal of substance to nourish our body. In the same way, “lite” preaching may tickle our ears and make us feel good but we need the whole word of God to nourish our soul. What I am trying to say is if a memorial to our first president and a confederate general offends us in church we need to rethink our purpose in attending church.

As always you are free to disagree but I am free to express my opinion. May God bless you all. Just sayig.

An Unjust Justice

The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but

by those who watch them without doing anything.

The verdict in the Kate Steinle murder case stunned and shocked people all across this country. Kate Steinle was a beautiful young woman who was shot and killed by an illegal alien in the sanctuary city of San Francisco, California. It spears the governor and elected officials prefer the status of sanctuary for the illegal aliens over their concern for the citizens of the state.

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, the illegal alien admitted to shooting Ms. Steinle with a stolen gun. He was a seven time felon who had been deported five times. He stated he came to San Francisco because it was a sanctuary city and he would be safe from deportation there. He was acquitted of murder, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a deadly weapon. He was found guilty of the weapons charge which carries a two to three year sentence.

This miscarriage of justice is only a part of what is wrong in this country. When the governors and mayors in sanctuary states and cities continue to put illegal aliens above the American citizens more tragedies like this will occur. Americans are constantly bombarded with being called xenophobic, homophobic and Islamophobic when we attempt to stand up for ourselves and our rights. Our leaders today care more about how they can profit from the elites that buy them out than they do about governing and protecting the citizens they were put into office to protect.

It is time for American citizens to stand up and say to these corrupt officials, “We have had enough! We are tired of being made to feel like strangers in our own country.” Politicians who value illegals over citizens have blood on their hands. Not only the blood of Kate Steinle but the blood of all of the citizens that have suffered at the hands of these illegals that are protected by these corrupt politicians.

It is time to get these criminals out of our country, punish the governors and other officials that protect them, drain the swamp and build the wall.

As always you are free to disagree. But, I am free to express my opinion. May God bless you all. Just saying.

Helpless But Not Hopeless

During my morning inspirational reading, I came across this devotion that is an encouragement to me.  Amidst all the tragedies and heartache in the world today, I found this quote very comforting.

“We may be helpless to stop bad things from happening, but perhaps God leaves us signs and road maps to help us recover and reconnect, provided we know where to look.”

Jennifer Gardner Trulson—Author/Widow from 9/11

Tragedy touches us in the core of our being.  Shock sets in and numbness resides along with fear and sadness in the hearts of many.  Chaos looks as it if it may reign.  However, God waits to comfort those in mourning and walks beside or carries those in pain.  Nothing heals like love.  Look for His signs and road maps for recovery.

My thoughts on this:

With all the turmoil and chaos in the world today, we need to remember that God is close to the broken hearted. He has promised to never leave us or forsake us. Sometimes, when I am in the midst of a crisis, I do not always rememeber this promise. Yes, I let doubt and fear enter my heart and color my world with tainted colors. I admit, I sometimes let doubt and fear stay lomger than they should. But just when I am at my lowest, I remember that God is there for me and doubt and fear are kicked out of my heart. I wish I could say that I never let them in. I would like to say that but I can't. I sometimes try to solve my problems in my own strength and find that my strength is not enough.
But when I turn to God and let Him take over my problem, it is solved faster and better than I ever thought possible. No, Hfe doesn't always solve them the way I want but His way is so much better than I could ever hope for.

I learned years ago that when I am knocked to the floor, I am in ther perfect position to pray. So friends, when we find ourselves at the end of our rope, we just need to tie a knot and hang on. God is there for us and will never let us down.

Let’s Take the X Out Of Christmas

Too many people are forgetting or purposely shoving Christ out of Christmas. This is a celebration of His birth. It is not known when during the year is His actual birth but this is the time of the year it is celebrated. Let's put Christ back in Christmas. I do not care if I offend anyone but I celebrate His birth and not the secular version of the holiday.

This poem was not written by me but it does express my feelings about this wonderful time of year. So I just want to say Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday Jesus.

Let’s take the “x” out of “Christmas”.

and let’s put Christ in again.

The day’s the birthday of a King,

Not that of an unknown man.

The tinsel the glitter, the glamour,

The noise of the parties gay

Have all but obscured the reason

That we celebrate the day.

We surely would not write “X-ian”

For the Christians here on earth.

Then why do we write “X-mas”

For the day of the Savior's birth?

It’s an honor that really is due Him

O’er that to a common man,

So let’s take “X” out of “Christmas”

and let’s put Christ in again.

Jesus Is the Reason

More and more we are hearing that it is offensive to say Merry Christmas. When we say Merry Christmas, we are offending Muslims and others that do not believe Christmas is a celebration of Jesus' birth. The former president of this country changed Merry Christmas to Happy Holidays and schools could not have Christmas programs or Christmas break. Instead, the programs were changed to Winter Holiday and Winter Break. The recent terrorist who strapped a bomb to his own body and attempted to kill innocent people in New York stated he was so insulted by the Christmas posters and decorations that he decided to carry out the terrorist act. Well, friends, JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THIS SEASON and I will apologize to no one for celebrating His birth.
I just read a comment that called Christians stupid saying Merry Christmas. The writer went on to say that Christmas is a pagan holiday. He suggested we read our bible for a history lesson. I would like to answer him but there was no place to leave a comment of my own. So I will answer him here. Christmas is to celebrate the birth of our savior. It is true we do not know exactly what part of the year His birth occurred. The date is irrelevant, The date does not change the fact that He was born of a virgin. He was born to take away our sins. Yes, today the world has turned this sacred time into a time when the retailers receive more attention than Jesus but that does not change the reason for the season. Yes, I read my Bible and it is all there. The 3 wise men did not stop at Walmart to get a gift for the newborn baby. No Mary did not register at Toys R Us for her precious babe. I just wanted to vent because we live in a time that openly defies any mention of God. If I have offended anyone you can read the entire story of Christmas in the bible. I suggest you read Matthew 1 and Luke 2. I suggest you read the CHRISTmas story for yourself. Now I feel better. I just had to get that said.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY and remember JESUS WAS BORN FOR A REASON.
HE IS THE REASON FOR THIS SEASON.
As always you are free to disagree with me but I am free to voice my opinion. May God bless you all. Just saying.

The First Christmas

I was going through some old poems I had written years ago and found this one.I hope it reminds you why we celebrate this wonderful time of the year.

The Christmas season is upon us
We’re all so cheerful and gay.
But too many people have forgotten
The real meaning of Christmas Day.
Long ago in Bethlehem
A child in a manger lay
For God sent Him to earth
To show mankind the way.
He was born in a lonely manger
There was no room at the inn
He was sent by God in Heaven
To pay the price for our sins.
The wise men came that night
Sharing gifts from lands afar
To see the king that was a born to them
For they had seen the star.
The glory of the Lord came down
While angels sang His praise.
So when you think of Christmas cheer
Remember that first Christmas Day.
MERRY CHRISTMAS FRIENDS AND LET'S PUT CHRIST BACK IN CHRISTMAS.

THE BILL OF NO RIGHTS

I was sorting through some old files and found this. It is not my original writing but it is so appropriate for the times we are living in. I had found this on the internet years ago but have kept it because I find the words so important.

We, the people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid any more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior and secure the blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt-ridden or delusional. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that a whole lot of people were confused by the BILL OF RIGHTS and are so dim that they require the BILL OF NO RIGHTS.

ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom,l and that means freedom for everyone-not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc., but the World is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful, do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.

\ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.

ARTICLE V: You do not the right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in health care.

ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.

Article VII:You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big-screen color TV or a life of leisure,

ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to demand that our children risk their lives in foreign wars to soothe your aching conscience. We hate oppressive governments and won't lift a finger to stop you from going to fight if you'd like. However, we do not enjoy parenting the entire world and do not want to spend so much of our time battling each and every little tyrant with a military uniform, and a funny hat.

ARTICLE IX: You don't have the right to a job. All of us sure want all of you to have one, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.

\ARTICLE X: you do not the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have to righ5t to pursue happiness-which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an overabundance of idiotic law3s created by those of you who were confused by the BILL OF RIGHTS.

The author of this piece is Unknown. But it does make good points for our country today. It was printed out in 1999 but it still holds true (maybe more so) for today's ills in our country. If you do know who wrote this please let me know so I can give credit to the right person.

Blessings In Disguise

Blessings In Disguise
I posted this last year but Thanksgiving reminded me of all the blessings we have that we don’t always think of as blessings.  I hope you realize all the blessings you have that do not always seem like blessings.  You might be surprised. My challenge to you is to look for the many signs of God's love you can see in your day to day life. I bet you will be surprised.
What if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday?
Count your blessings
Name them one by one.
Count your many blessings
See what God hath done.
Have you counted your blessings today?  I admit I do not always thank God for all He has blessed me with.  In fact, I have been known to grumble about my blessings.  Why would I do such a thing?  Well sometimes His blessing come to us in disguise.  That’s right.  Sometimes His blessings can be found in our day to day chaos of day to day living such as dirty dishes, laundry, bills, and even our dirty houses.  I can see you scratching your head and saying “this woman is crazy!  How can dirty dishes, laundry, and bills be blessings?”
Well, dirty dishes tell us we have food to eat.  So many people do not have enough food.  Dirty laundry lets us know we have clothes to put on our backs.  When we pay our bills, we know God has provided us with the means to pay them.  A dirty house is a sign we have a roof over our heads and a family that loves us and children God has entrusted to our care.
Sometimes blessings can be hidden in trials.  James 1:2 tells us:  “Count it all joy my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.  And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”
Remember, God is on the throne, in control and blessing us each and every day.  We may not recognize them at first but when we look through our eyes of faith, they are clear to see.  So beginning today, let’s all count our blessings, name them one by one.  Count our many blessings  see what God hath done.
Prayer:
Father, I thank you for your blessings you have given me and the ones you are giving me.  Help me to see your love and care in my day to day life.  Everything I have and everything I am I give my thanks and praise your wonderful name.  Thank you for loving me so much.
Amen

The Only Bible

The Only Bible

I know I sometimes, OK often fail God. But He never fails me. I try to live each day in gratitude for my blessings but often get too busy with the chaos of life and do not always show my gratitude. I do hope that when others see my life, they can see the joy of Jesus in me. If there is a time that you cannot see it, please remember that it is a failing on my part and not a failure on His. I am not setting myself up as a standard for what His love and mercy can do but I do hope that when you look at me you see a person that is saved by the wondrous love and mercy of my Lord and Savior. I am not a perfect Christian but one who knows I need Him every minute of every day.

My goal is live my life so that others can see the love of My Father in my life.  I don’t always succeed but He is faithful to forgive  my failures.

I may be the only Bible

That someone else will read,

So take my life and guide it

In thought and word and deed.

Let me be a blessing

To someone else I meet.

Help me show them it’s your love

That makes my life complete.

Oh, such a sobering thought to think

Of what they’re apt to see.

Help me show them it’s you, Lord

That lives inside of me.

Stop and Enjoy Today

Friends, life does get hectic in today's chaotic times. But we need to remember that God is looking for a relationship with us. He wants us to enjoy His blessings and come to Him in times of need. I know I don't always take the time to enjoy His beautiful world and thank Him enough for what He has done and is doing for me and my family. I may forget to thank Him but He does not forget about me and does not withhold His love.

God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. Genesis 1:31.

When we wake each morning God gives us a manifestation of His love for us—a new day! But too often we do not even notice because we live our lives in overdrive

Today our lives are filled with so many obligations and demands other people place on us—our families, our careers, our friends and yes we even let our church make . —the list goes on and on. As ,mothers we are so busy caring for other people in our lives, we too often fail to slow down enough to take care of ourselves or see the beauty of each new day We cook, clean, transport kids to and from various activities, just to name a few of our responsibilities. Gold did not intend for us to live such frantic lives. He yearns for an intimate relationship with us.

Beloved slow down and spend time with your Heavenly Father today.. Embrace each new day He gives you. Enjoy His artistic hand in the glow of the beautiful sunrise of each morning. Savor the beautiful sunset He puts in the sky each night for our pleasure. After all, He is our Father and He loves all His children.

This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118::24

Prayers Are Real

Liberals have taken it upon themselves to lecture us on everything from who to vote for to who should and should not own a gun. After the mass shooting in the small Texas church, they have come out in full force to tell us that prayers don't work. They, in their self-righteous moral authority, have taken to social media to ridicule and mock Christians that do believe in prayer and are praying for the victims and the families involved.

Wil Wheaton, a washed up actor took to Twitter to blast Congressman Paul Ryan when he said “our thoughts and prayers are with you.” Wheaton, in his all knowing wisdom shot back, “The victims were in church. If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive.” As despicable as his remark was, he was not the only “celebrity” to throw in their pearls of wisdom. One tweet even went as far to say, “They had the prayers shot right out of them.”

They not only ridicule Christians for their prayers. They have questioned the existence of God.”If God is real why did He let this happen?” Well, friends, God did not cause this tragedy. Man did. He used his free will that God has given us all and followed the “father of lies and great deceiver”, satan. Other people want to know “Why has God turned His back on America?” He has not turned His back to us. We have turned our backs on Him. We are now living in a world that has taken God out of our homes, schools, government and yes, even churches. We are now seeing what life is like without God. We cannot take God out of our lives and, when a tragedy, such as this happens, cast the blame on Him. He is not a magic elf that can be put on the shelf until we need something. He is a God of love but He does allow us freedom to make our own choices. So friends, no God is not to blame for this tragedy. But, I do know He has promised in Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” I do not claim to know what good will come of this. But I do know that He will work out His purpose in His own time.

So friends, I leave you with this: My prayers and thoughts are with you all and may God watch over you and yours.

As always you are free to disagree but I am still free to express my opinions. May God bless you all. Just saying.

A Praying Mother

I remember my mother’s prayers and they have always followed me.  They have clung to me all my life.

Abraham Lincoln

The young teen was out partying with her friends.  She had had too much too drink and was alone in a car with the school’s “bad boy”.   They started kissing and he began fumbling with her jeans in an attempt to take them off.  She  weakly tried to fight him off but was so intoxicated she couldn’t.  Just as he got her jeans down and started to rape, a bright light filled the car.  He expected to see a cop standing there but when he looked up he saw a huge man dressed in white.  The man had a sword at his side and glowed with a blinding white light.  The boy became frightened and drove the girl home.  When he arrived at the girl’s house he hurriedly pulled her out of his car and drove away.  Her mother heard the car and went to the door.  She saw her daughter lying on the lawn and ran to her.  She then helped her daughter to bed and tucked her in.

The next morning the mother called the girl downstairs for a talk regarding the previous night.  The girl began to cry and tell her about what had happened.  Suddenly she stopped.  “Mom, I remember seeing a bright light and a huge man dressed in white in front of the car.”  The mom sat there with tears in her eyes.  “Darling,” she said.  “I was praying for you.”

As mothers we do a lot for our children.  We make sure they eat to nourish their bodies and we make sure they have clothes to wear.  We send them to school or homeschool them to make sure they receive a good education.  But are we neglecting to give them the most important  protection we can?  Are we praying for them as they go out into the world each day.  This is the most important thing we can do for them—bathe them in prayer daily.  Ask for God’s protection over our most precious resource.  Prayer should be the first thing we do each morning and the last thing we do each night. and all through the day.  It’s not too late to start praying for our children.  A few minutes spent in prayer can make a difference in a child’s life.  The most powerful prayers that reach God’s ears are from mothers pleading on behalf of their children.  A mother’s prayer is powerful because when a mother prays—God listens.

Christians Are Not Violent Extremists

I  would like to express my thoughts to the people who say Christians are prone to violence and are to be considered as an “extremist hate group”.
Yesterday, ISIS claimed responsibility for another terrorist attack in New York. Yet, we are told that Islam is a “peaceful religion”. This is a religion that believes in killing “infidels”–people who do not ascribe to their religion. Gays are thrown from buildings simply because they are gay. Women have no rights and female genital mutilation is a common practice. Yet, they are called peaceful and Christians are portrayed as a hate group simply because we believe in the traditional marriage of a man and woman. I have heard that Christians and Muslims worship the same god–we just call him by different names. That is not true. If you read any of their holy book, the Koran, you can see the differences in the teachings of Allah and God.    In the Old Testament God did demand blood sacrifices but these were usually lambs  (representing Jesus as the lamb of God). Nowhere does He command His followers to sacrifice a human. When JESUS came to earth as a baby, He took on the role of blood sacrifice, so there was no more need for sacrifices to be made to God. Jesus became the sacrifice for us all. In His earthly ministry, Jesus taught us to love each other and did not condone or demand the killing of innocent people. He gave the great commission--go and tell others of the gospel. He did not preach committing violence against those that did not believe. He told the disciples that if a town would not welcome them, they should shake the dust off their feet and travel on to the next town. His gift of salvation is a free gift but He does not force His will on anybody. He gave us a will to decide for ourselves if we want to accept this gift or not. You will never read in the Bible anywhere where we are commanded to kill anyone that does not believe our message of salvation.
I also believe this great nation I call home was founded on Judeo-Christian values and we are still a Christian country. I believe in Freedom of Religion but I believe that when someone moves to this great country, they should conform to that country's laws and not try to make over this country by trying to overtake it or hijack it with the laws from their native country. If they cannot do that the road is open to take them back where they could feel more comfortable with the laws. I refuse to change my religion for their sake. If they do not want to participate in my religion, they are welcome to practice their own. BUT do not try to force me to practice a religion other than my own.
Good night friends and GOD BLESS AMERICA but more importantly America thank God.
As always you are free to disagree but I am still free to express my opinion. May God bless you all. Just saying.

I Am Offended

I know the "thing today" is to be offended if you are a "minority" and whites are told "not to say or do anything that might “offend". Well, let me tell you I am offended. What I am offended by is the fact that as a white conservative Christian, I am supposed to be pc and be careful of what I say and do so I don't offend the blacks, atheists, muslims or anyone else who might be "offended". Well, I am to the point that I am offended by them. The last time I checked I still have a freedom of speech and freedom of religion and I will only bow to my Heavenly Father. Though man may declare himself as god and all knowing--no man is omnipotent or omniscient or omnipresent--only God. Oh, if I have offended anyone by this post, unfriend me if you must but if you expect me to apologize don't hold your breath.
As always you are free to disagree but I am free to express my opinion. May God bless you all. Just saying.

Get Off the Pity Pot

I wrote this right after the election of Donald Trump but it appears as though the civil unrest has not stopped and our college students are still being indoctrinated by the liberal lunatics that pass themselves off as professors. Liberalism is a mental disorder and liberals are trying to spread their hate to everyone in this country. Now it seems a Baltimore Professor is telling white people to give all their "white privilege" money to blacks. To him I say, "my ancestors were Irish and native American so I will wait by my mailbox for his check to me since both the Irish and the native American were treated much worse than any other race of people in history." So now I would like to tell all the liberal snowflakes and anyone else that has the entitlement mindset to "Get Off the Pity Pot."

Get Off the Pity Pot
Unless you have been living under a rock you have seen the riots in our city streets over the recent elections. I have heard many people say that protest is good and is guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States. I agree. However, instead of peacefully protesting, these people (thugs) are destroying property, endangering lives and over all making nuisances of themselves. A washed up singer recently said that America is the laughingstock of the rest of the world. I won’t mention any names if that’s alright with you, Madonna. Well, honey, what do you think you were when you offered to perform sex for a vote for Hillary. We have been the joke of the rest of the world for the past 8 years under Obama.

When I see the “Snowflakes” crying and wringing their hands because they are “offended” by people that do not agree with them, it really offends me. Oh, excuse me, I can’t be offended because I am not a liberal. Let me see if I have this straight—I do want to be politically correct. HA! Conservatives offend but can’t be offended while Liberals can’t offend but are offended. OK. Gotcha!

I went to college in the 70’s. It might surprise the “enlightened” kids (yeah kids they are not acting like grown-ups) of today’s college campuses but we actuall6y learned from listening to the differing views and opinions of our classmates. This was during the Viet Nam war era and classes were filled with a wide diversity of students—from the fresh out of high school students, older more mature students and *gasp* even veterans. We did not run out of the room crying if someone voiced an opinion that differed from ours. We discussed the opinions and each student was able to take a little bit of knowledge out of that room. We did not curse or brow beat each other. The college did not offer safe spaces, play doh or cute little puppies to salve our wounded egos and hurt feelings. The only safety pins we wore were to hold a hem up or mend out clothes until there was time to mend the clothes the way they should be mended.

If you plan to prosper and flourish in this world, you need to realize LIFE IS NOT FAIR and the world does not revolve around you and your feelings. You might be offended when the bank tells you to make your house payment or you will lose the house. Your feeling might be hurt when your boss tells you to do something you do not want to do. You will find that no one will provide a safe space for you when the real world hits you in the face and you have kids to feed and clothe and bills to pay and you can’t stretch that paycheck far enough.

So SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP, face life and GET OFF THE PITY POT.

In Times Like These

I    Last week I posted about a demonic clad drag queen reading to small children in Michelle Obama’s library in Long Beach. I would like to tell this was an isolated event. I would like to tell you that but I can’t.
A drag queen calling itself “Little Hot Miss”, I call it “Big Bad Mess” read to small children at a library in Brooklyn, New York. She asked the small children, “Who wants to be a drag queen whey they grow up?’ and sang a song to the tune of “The Wheels On the Bus.” “The hips on a drag queen go swish swish swish.. This was not done without the parents’ knowledge. Several parents were in attendance and many praised the program calling the Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) important in explaining gender fluidity and the LBQT (whatever the initials are) to their children. These are young kids that should not even be exposed to this lifestyle much less having it explained to them.
This program was started last fall and is now being held in several cities around the world including New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.  According to the DQSH, the purpose of the program is to “capture the imagination and play of the gender fluidity of childhood and gives kids glamorous, positive and unabashedly queer role models. People, these groups are targetingt our kids.
This is not limited to public libraries. Khan Academy, a leading online educational video producer is worming this agenda into its online videos. In a lesson on plurality of nouns, a sentence is given with the instruction to select the correct plural: Marie and Sophie go out to breakfast with their              . The only choices are wifes or wives. It is up to us as Christian parents and grandparents to be aware of what our children are taught and exposed to.
We read in God’s word in Revelation 12:12 “Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.” We are living in the last days now. The devil is loosed and running amok trying to steal souls because he knows that God is returning.
Too many people are too caught up in being politically correct that they are pushing God aside. Even many churches today are more concerned with being seen as tolerant and politically correct that the preachers are not preaching God’s word.  They are preaching “lite” and not the word of God. Friends, my Bible has not changed since it was written and God has not changed. What He called sin is still sin and what He ordained as good is still good.
I do not profess to be a theologian but I do profess to be a Christian who is concerned about this world and its inhabitants. I urge you to read and study God’s words for yourself and heed his warnings to us all.

How Low Will They Go?

The past couple of days have really shown me the depths liberals will sink to destroy this country because of their hatred of President Trump. It seems a black liberal Congress Woman from Florida listened in, I say eavesdropped, on a very special, very intimate phone conversation the president made to the widow of a fallen soldier. He called Myeshia Johnson to offer his condolences on the recent loss of her husband, Sgt La David T. Johnson in Niger.

This hat wearing hate filled liberal then took it upon herself to twist and distort the words our president spoke to he grieving widow. Congress woman, Frederica Wison, then accused the president of being uncaring and lacking in compassion. She twisted his words as only a hate filled liberal infected with BAD (Brain Absent Disorder) could do.

But friends, as offensive as this is, that is not the worse part. In her vitriolic garbage spewing hatred she is dishonoring the memory of this brave soldier and other fallen heroes. She claims to care about out military, but I checked her cvoting record on military affairs and she came up lacking. She cvoted against measures that would benefit military members and their families. Because of her insane babbling this poor widow and others cannot grieve in the peace and privacy they deserve. Sgt. Johnson's life and death have become a media circus and Wilson has proclaimed she is a “rock star”.

Mrs. Johnson and her family should be allowed the privacy and respect they deserve instead of being used as pawns for the liberal agenda. Sgt Johnson should be remembered as the hero he is and not just a notch in someone's political belt.

Major John Kelly, who lost his own son in the military, gave a heart-rending speech about the president's call and compared the Congress woman to an “empty barrel”. This was meant as a metaphor to represent someone who “makes the most noise”. Now Wilson is playing the race cared and callingh General Kelly racist.

Now get ready for this. The New York Times is soliciting for stories from other Gold Star families to try to find some way to discredit our president more. I ask you how low will liberals and the media sink?

Mrs. Johnson, has posted on facebook pleading for this circus to stop. She stated in no way was the president disrespectful and included his exact words. It is so heart breaking to see our fallen heroes and their families being used to spread the liberal hatred of our president and our country. I want to thank Mrs. Johnson for her sacrifices and her husband for fighting for this country. I pray that God will sustain her and her children in the days ahead and I want her to remember that America and true citizens will always be in debt.

Friend Or Foe

I'm sure we have all heard of the Congress woman who is trying to politicize the death of one of our brave fighting men. She took what our President said to the grieving widow totally out of context and callled President Trump unfeeling. All the time she was painting herself as a hero for the men and women who fight for our great country and one who has only the best interest of the American people at heart and must save America from the monster that is in the White House.

According to Bill O'Reilly, the family was given a 24 hour notice that the president would be calling. The widow then told Congresswoman Wilson, who made it a point to be there when the call came in. Do you see where this is leading? She planted her hat right there in order to be able to twist and distort what was said.

As far as her concern for the American fighting men and women, and veterans, let her voting record speak for itself. Does this record look like a person that is concerned for our military and their families or one who has her own liberal agenda to be more concerned about? I'll let you decide for yourself.Enemy of Veterans

Offended By the Cross

Again, I did not know what I was going to write until I saw Todd Starnes article about a war memorial. Yesterday, I wrote about the satanic drag queen reading to little children in Michelle Obama's library in Long Beach. I found this to be offensive. Today, we can see the flip side where Christians are actually attacked because of the Cross.

In 1925 the American Legion erected a memorial in Bradenburg, Maryland to honor the memory of 49 brave men who fought and died in World War I. In 2004 the American Humanist Association filed a lawsuit because the cross shaped memorial is unconstitutional because the Cross carries “an inherently religious message.

On Wednesday the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed the historic memorial has to come down. Why? Simply because the memorial is in the shape of a cross.

So Friends, this is what this country is coming to. A satanic drag queen can read to kids to “normalize” the LGBTQ agenda but a memorial honoring our brave men who fought for this country offends people. People are offended by the Cross but are fine with a satanic drag queen!

In Isaiah 5:20 we read Woe to those who call evil good and good evil. Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness. Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. We are seeing more and more of this every day. People are redefining everything from marriage and sexuality to gender. What was once good and right is now called evil and wrong. What was once a perversion and evil is now applauded and called courageous. The only remedy for this world is God's return and that will be soon.

Father, with heaviness in my heart, I come before you. I pray that people will wake up and accept your love and mercy before it is too late. Satan has deceived so many people and has hardened their hearts. I pray that people will hear your voice calling to them. I ask for wisdom and courage in the days ahead. I pray that I can do one small thing to bring people to you. I ask these things in Jesus' name.

Demonic Teaching In School?

I could not decide what to write today so as I was skimming my news feed and archived articles, my eye landed on this:

Satanic Drag Queen Reads to Little Kids at Michelle Obama's Public Library in Long Beach

I could not believe my eyes so I read the article. The first picture I saw was the smiling faces of Barack and Michelle Obama standing behind the demonic drag queen. I literally became sick to my stomach as I read more.

The event was hosted by the Long Beach Public Library and was a collaboration between the LBPL (whatever that is), the LGBTQ Center of Long Beach, the Genders and Sexualities Alliance Network, and the LGBTQ nonprofit Imperial Court of Long Beach, according to the Long Beach Public Library's calendar. The event also got the approval of the Church of Satan.

The drag queen goes by the name Xochi Mochi and has his own YouTube channel. He also posted on his Instagram:

“I got to read to the children today and it was one of the best experiences I have been given as a drag queen. It's so important to have representation and normalize all the letter in LGBTQIA+ in everyday lives.”

Notice the name of the drag queen Mo chi and the demon of child sacrifice Moloch, the demon of child sacrifice. Am I too far reaching to notice the similarity here? Even if a similarity is not meant, are we not sacrificing our children on the altars of Satan.

This is disturbing on so many levels. In a time in our society when Christians are being discriminated against, are told we must compromise our faith to fit the agenda of the left, and are being called an “extremist hate group for believing the Bible, our children are subjected to this unholy alliance with Satan. Christians are open to persecution, hatred and even death in some countries of the world but this abomination is being hailed as courageous and good.

I would like to leave with a question. Would a Christian be given the same opportunity to read to the children?
